Apply a small amount on wet skin and massage to gently cleanse. Rinse well with water and pat dry.

Unlike the essential oil, the hydrosol is significantly milder and is prized in skincare for its potential soothing and balancing properties, especially for sensitive or combination skin types. vetiver root hydrosol is derived from the roots of the vetiver grass, often referred to as "the oil of tranquility." In this formulation, it provides a unique grounding element with its distinctive earthy and woody scent. Traditionally, vetiver has been used for its cooling and calming effects on the skin. As a hydrosol, it offers these benefits in a diluted, non-irritating form, contributing to the product's overall hydrating and potentially soothing profile.

White Willow Bark Extract is a natural source of salicin, which is metabolized by the body into salicylic acid—a well-known beta-hydroxy acid (BHA). This ingredient is highly valued in clarifying products for its ability to gently exfoliate the skin by helping to shed dead skin cells from the surface and inside the pores. At a significant concentration of 6.45%, it suggests the product is formulated to help maintain a clear complexion, providing a natural alternative to synthetic salicylic acid.
Soapberry, also known as Reetha, contains natural surfactants called saponins, which create a mild, cleansing lather when mixed with water. This ingredient, present at 6%, is the natural foaming and cleansing agent in the formula.
